- Allergens must be clearly stated in the message box when ordering the products. I will not be responsible for allergens not stated upon ordering
- All my products may contain nuts. Efforts will be taken to avoid cross contamination, however, nuts may be present all products due to the products I use
- Orders must be placed no less than 3 days in advance. Any orders containing personalised toppers or specific items must be ordered 2 weeks in advance. This is to give me time to order these items and for them to arrive. Any orders with less than 2 weeks notice might not fit the description entirely.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit will need to be paid for each order. This will be deducted from the overall price
- Any orders cancelled within 2 days of the final date will need to be fully paid for. No refunds will be given for this short notice
- Whole batches of sponges can only be ordered (unless part of a mixed bundle). Whole batches of cream cheese icing and chantilly cream frosting will also be required.
- The time and date specified on the order will be the date and time that the order will be ready for. Order times or dates could possibly be changed with more than 3 days notice if you send me a message or email.
